ULTRA Building Services has been a successfully run business for the past 35 years. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, UBS has expanded its footprint over the years to encompass service capabilities throughout Texas, with the expectation to have multistate visibility and support to its customer base. We currently have client relationships that will eventually expand our operations into Louisiana, Oklahoma, California, Nevada, Colorado, and Utah. Our current revenue is approximately $20 million/annually. We have become a recognized facility services provider whose reputation is represented by service excellence

Our intent is to continue our focus on providing janitorial services to new and existing customers and providing value added services to our existing customers. We want to be number one in our industry segment and have implemented several strategic plans to move us in that direction over next 3-5 years.
